Am I too old to start riding?

I don't know if this is a stupid question to some of you or not.. Just wondering, because I know most people are born doing this or atleast get into it very early. I'm 21 years old, Just wanted to start riding and learning freestyle tricks and stuff like that. Just wondering if everybody thinks i'm a lost cause or not.

I know more than a handful of guys well into their thirties that ride. I know one of them has only been riding for about five years and is REAL good.
