Take off the chain guard, and reflectors.

b3nsonx 02-10-09 11:29 PM

lol, i took this picture right after i assembled the bike and i was too lazy to take all those little things off.

ascend 02-11-09 02:14 AM

you should totally rock it out with the chainguard and reflectors on for the lulz

... just be considerate and put the plastic shards in the bin when they shatter and fall off

Punx 02-11-09 09:15 AM

It looks pretty good though.
How much did you get it for?

FuzzyRyder 02-11-09 01:07 PM

Such a solid bike for stock.

b3nsonx 02-11-09 04:20 PM

got it for 199 on clearance

minichamp31 02-11-09 04:58 PM

Wow good deal.

You guys make me sick, you should smelt down those plastic bits and recycle them into 6 pack beer can holders, they have a double duty of holding my beer and washing up on beaches and strangling birds...

ascend 02-13-09 05:42 PM

good thinking. make sure your chain guard and reflectors are made of recyclable plastic. think of the birds!

The bike is pretty nice. But why do have a peg on the back but not the front?

macten10 02-15-09 01:31 AM

im scared of rails.. and in any other situation, the front axle serves as a peg just fine.

minichamp31 02-15-09 08:52 AM

Ohhh. Then why do you have pegs on at all?

minichamp31 02-16-09 07:42 PM

I just realized, this thread has 10 more pages than the old bike check thread.

macten10 02-18-09 07:59 PM

u can do alot with one peg and a front axle, XD not involving rails, think about it... ;)

Not sure. I didn't weigh it yet but I'm guessing about 20 lbs.

Street rider 03-01-09 03:06 PM

nice dude

FuzzyRyder 03-01-09 04:28 PM

That is such a nice race bike! did you build the wheels?

minichamp31 03-01-09 04:43 PM

Nope. I took them to a shop. Thankfully, the guy that works there is awesome and only charged me for one wheel. But thanks. It will look even better when I take pictures outside, in the natural light.
