I think it's really great how lot's of company's and riders are helping come together and help him out with donations and stuff. I might even throw in a few bucks if i can...

That is a worse injury than I thought. Anything dealing with the back and spinal cord is very bad. Hopefully he does not end up paralyzed.

My friend broke his neck riding our old trails. He got up, walked to his car then drove to the skatepark where he worked (and i was riding at the time) for some first aid. They told him he was ****ed and to get into an ambulence and go to the hospital. Broken his neck and dislocated a bunch of vertebrae. He still walks and rides. It's all about luck.

Haha. First aid doesn't really help broken bones much. If you ever think something is broken, go to the hospital immediately before the bone/s start to heal incorrectly and it needs to be rebroken or you live with your body messed up for the rest of your life.

At my trails where I ride, there is a hospital nearby and one of my friends cracked his head open. Then, he got on his bike and rode to the hospital. At the hospital he got 33 staples in his head, came back, and continued riding. We were like in awe that he just came back like nothing even happened.

That's a cool story, but your spelling makes a bit difficult to understand...

I'm pretty sure he's not paralyzed. He had to get a bunch of surgery but he should be ok. I hope.

Well that's good then. I just realized yesterday that I need surgery more than I thought. If I just touch the spot of where one of my screws are, it feels like someone is hitting it with a hammer.

Yes, either that, or me.

I just found one of my old ridebmx mags with Stephen Murray's bike check in it. How odd, wasn't even looking for it
