What the heck is this GT...? Weird Model...
I Love vintage GT MTB's and own several, but I have never seen a GT BMX bike w/ an old school stem/neck like this, stamped bars, stamped seatpost, metal head badge, and a QUICK RELEASE SHOCK/SUSPENSION OF SOME SORT....
WTH is this thing?? I initially thought that it was an old or mid school model from CA, but it must be from the late 90's right? Would this be from China w/ a cool old stem like that?
There is no serial # anywhere to be found.....There is no sign that there ever was one...

Thanks you guys,
I'll give that a try!
Do you have any idea about the "GT 2000" decal on the downtube? Would that be something that they did around the late-90's or something...??
I think that it would be cool if it was a GT made in the USA. But if it's from China I will probably just donate it to the local bike co-op and look for a better project....
