i'd get the haro f3. i was looking at the Haro F2, F3, F4 and they all look really good. i think they all have 3 piece cranks.
i was wondering. is the F2 the worst and the F4 the best because of the numbers? or is that just the name of the model. (since 2 is less than 4)

just because it has a 3-piece crank dosent mean its good
the F2 dosent have a 3 piece but the F3, 4 and 5 do....the F5 is probably the best
but when u have a $200 bike (u.s) and it has a 3-piece most likely it sucks
