1987? Schwinn Tempo frame

Trying to find out what this Schwinn Tempo frame is worth. Best I can tell it's a 1987, 0227 on the head badge & I623535 on the bottom bracket. It's a bare, straight frame with good bottom bracket & derailleur mount threads, but the paint is shot. The front cable guide on the top tube is rusted & bent, the second one is rusted, see pics. Like to find out what it's worth in this condition & anything else you have on it.
Thanks.

Rough condition, no fork, maybe $25-$40. If pristine with fork, you could probably get $150 +/- $25.

Unfortunately the stem was corroded into the fork ruining both parts.

Bummer about the fork. I love those old Tempos, and similar Schwinns from the era. I agree with oddjob's price assessment.

Would make a great fixed gear beater. That's what I'd use it for anyway. If you were local I'd offer to buy it from you but I don't think it'd be worth the cost to ship it all the way to Wisconsin.
