Not-
Cannondale are sticklers for cleaning up and smoothing out the welds, almost giving a fillet brazed appearance ---
Also I don't recall Cdale ever making an elevated chainstay bike, as well, take a magnet to it - some of the welds look typical,of s tig weld on steel
Not saying it's a bad bike, most of the elevated chainstay bikes were put out by very reputable manufacturers - but it doesn't look like a Dale

+1 Not a Cannondale and fairly low end nutted steel steel post collar and post tell it's true quality. Missing parts rough condition false branding make it a $75 bike at best. If considering buying hard pass run away from this bike and any others the seller might offer.

The best part is the kickstand bracket! That may put it in the Huffy or Roadmaster catagory.
Don't worry DMC707, we won't tell anyone you missed it!

Lol- I guess I was blinded by the elevated stays--- I had never seen this on a department store bike, but I remember very well bikes like the old Mantis, Nishiki Alien, Yeti Ultimate, Alpinestars, and others-- all neat bikes
