Viner with Tullio Tubing
Anyone know anything about this bike or even the component specs really? Any guesses about its value?
All I know is what you can see in the photos and that it has tubular tires/rims.

Maker is Vincenzo Nerozzi of Pistoia (whence originates the English word "pistol").

I don’t know anything about that brand, but you’ve got some quality parts there: Gipiemme forged dropouts, Shimano “Golden Arrow” groupset...I’ll just quote T-Mar from a post of his about 9,10 years ago:
Golden Arrow is the nickname for 1st generation Shimano 105. It was produced 1983-1986 and was below Dura-Ace and 600EX in Shimano's hierarchy. It was considered a lower mid-range group and found bicycles in the $300-$400 price range. In recent years it has started to draw some attention from the CV&V crowd though I wouldn't cal lit collectible, yet.

I'm really surprised to see Tullio tubing. It was a lightweight, high carbon steel tubing. Basically, it is hi-tensile steel, drawn to thin walls. It seems to have been proprietary to Rizzato, turning up on Atala and their other marques. My first reaction was that it was a re-branded Rizatto product, but the stay end treatment is too refined for a mass produced Rizzato product.
As stated, the group is first generation 105, which was a low mid-range group, 1983-1986. While 105 would be level appropriate, it would be very rare to see it spec'd on a Italian built frame, especially with tubulars. The headset is Shimano New 600EX (3rd generation, 1984-1986). It is hard to say what, if anything, is original.
My overall impression is an early to mid 1980s, Italian, entry level racing bicycle. It's really hard to assess. The tubing is lower level and the decals are in really poor shape but the workmanship is much nicer than you typically see at this level. Before I'd go any further, I'd ask the owner for the seat tube diameter, to determine if it really is Tullio tubing.

incazzare.
I'm also surprised by the Tullio tubing. I have only ever see it on lower end Atalas. Strange.

The bikes about an hour outside of the city, so I want to make sure to have all my research done before I go look at it.

Reading TMar and lostarchitect's replies, my only comment would be that Viner and Billato have built a lot of frames for a lot of different brands and have had access to almost any tubing/lug set.
I don't recall seeing many older Viner's on this C&V forum. there was a guy in Oregon, was it Coos Bay? that sold a few Viner's and other brands. Steel and aluminum frames, but it's been a long time ago since I checked.
