Every old Bianchi is a Specialisma. Personally with the exception of one or two fancy bikes I don't really think there was a Specialissmabut rather Specialisma was the precursor to the Reporto Corse concept.
As for this bike I highly doubt the Specialisma claim in fact I don't see two things I would immediately look for to see if it is even a Bianchi. The fork crown looks the wrong style for a early '80s bike. Do you have any other information? Bottom bracket threading? What is stamped on the dropouts? Seatpost size? Anything stamped on the seat stay caps?

Bikes: Current 79 Nishiki Custum Sport, Jeunet 620, notable previous bikes P.K. Ripper loop tail, Kawahara Laser Lite, Paramount Track full chrome, Raliegh Internatioanl, Motobecan Super Mirage. 59 Crown royak 3 speed
Also the rear dropouts look bent along with the dent dings in the frame and paint it wouldn't be a good buy with the current components even if it was a real frame.
