Raleigh Road Ace evaluation
I cannot find online too many of these Aerodynamic bikes.
This is a early 80s made Raleigh Road Ace, with a Reynolds 531 frame and fork and a Shimano 600 AX group, complete except the bars. Missing the hoods.
It is a large frame, 62 cm and I intend to sell it in the coming weeks.
Any idea of a asking price?

The bike looks like it has very few miles on it........Group alone would fetch a pretty penny, I am sorry that I can't help wit the overall pricing., but sure others will chime in.
BTW, a nice looking ride.
Best, Ben

It helps if you post where you are. It is a extremely soft market with what seems like a few pockets where the prices are somewhat healthier. It is awesome to be buying, not so much to be selling.

Unfortunately, abdon is right. There is a large frame Motobecane Gran Jubile that has been on CL here in Southern California for over a month for $150 , it even has Campagnolo NR front and rear derailleurs . The seller dropped the price to $100 , still no takers . He has since raised the price back to $150 . To me , like your bike , worth at least double , but…..Maybe sell as frame and part out the rest . The wheels would bring in a nice sum as would the group. Weirdly parts are worth more than bikes!

Very nice and quite unusual classic racing bicycle. With the groupset complete and original, down to the hubs, pedals, headset, stem and seatpost I’d level and raise the saddle, lower the stem, retape the handlebars and splash out for a pair of not inexpensive brake lever hoods.
Having made it look like the racing bicycle of the catalogue, and of the prospective purchaser’s youth, I’d list it for USD675- o. b. o.
atmo ymmv etc.
