This bike https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/bik/2009448404.html is for sale on Craigslist. The person I spoke to on the phone said it was probably built in the early 80s. I'm looking for my first road bike, and I'm really short so it's hard to find bikes that fit me. I've read that Miyata Mixte's usually sell for much less than this, but I live in Oakland so the price will be a bit higher than most places. Does this seem like a good price?

Not bad for the area. If its truly ready to go and it fits you offer him 160-180 and get it. Miyatas are great bikes even on the low end.
