Trying to determine Vintage Bicycle Value depends on so many things, some of which have nothing to do with the bicycles themselves. Location, time of year, size and, of course, condition, all contribute to value.
Also, when seeking evaluation, better pictures and more detail regarding condition and components fitted are important. So, with better pictures and a bit more detail, my guess is you would get some pretty decent information.
Hope that is a help and welcome to the Bike Forums.

Well without alot of elbow grease the Specialized mountain bike is the only one with any value, about $75 to $100. I am not expert on them but the Holdsworth may be of interest to someone but only for about $20, it needs tons of work

Holdsworth, IIRC, is a handmade fine English make. I don't know about this model, but, some collector would value it very highly. I've seen them selling for about $1000 online, used. Those are in excellent shape though. This one would need a LOT of work. I would put the value at between $100-200.

I'm thinking the Specialized Hardrock should bring $150-$200 no problem if it's in good working condition.
The other bikes? The ones with drop bars and wheels might bring $20 each if you're lucky. But they're in such poor condition. I see little to no value in the rest, I'd probably throw it on the curb with a free sign.

Bikes: Current 79 Nishiki Custum Sport, Jeunet 620, notable previous bikes P.K. Ripper loop tail, Kawahara Laser Lite, Paramount Track full chrome, Raliegh Internatioanl, Motobecan Super Mirage. 59 Crown royak 3 speed
The only ones that seem to have much value are the Mountain bike and Holdsworth. Which should be worth between $100-150 each to the right buyers. The rest are really only worth about $10-20 each for scrap value.

That little bike with the springy front end (and rear) is a Moulton and can be worth some money. I've seen the push rod/indicator chain from the Sturmey Archer FW 4 speed hub go for $100 used. The bike looks pretty rusty and may be too far gone to fix but please consider The Moulton Preservation Society https://www.moultonbuzz.com/preservation/ if you are in or near London.

The Holdsworth looks to have a ton of rust. I wonder if it is still salvageable? Even an oxalic acid bath may not resurrect that one. There are bits here and there that have value to some. I see some possibly decent chrome forks, some cransets and other components that may have value. Other than that, it is pretty much junk. Not meaning to be harsh. Just a shame to see so many neglected and/or abused bikes.
