This guy has exact same model dawes and it is 1968 Galaxy, as you can se yours had some changes, for bike itself i know they have cult status amoung touring fans in England and that Dawes made good qualty bikes.

The Dawes presented is priced fairly, in my opinion. It is not in original condition and it has a huge frame set, both of which will lower the price of the bicycle. Offer $100 and be happy if you get it for that. And, if you do buy the bike and wish to restore it, let me know. I will very likely be able to assist.
