How much for this Nishiki?

A friend owed me some money so I took a Nishiki tri-A as collateral to try and sell. I'm going to list on C-list, just not sure whats its worth. There seems to be tons of bike knowledge on this site, so any help in appreciated. Think its an 86-87, excellent cond. 52 cm(I think), Shimano 600 components, Mavic front wheel, Araya rear, chromoly lugged frame, brake cables integrated inside frame, all sprocket, components in excellent cond.

Bikes: Still a garage full

Marketing - Reshoot some sharper photos in daylight with a clean and not overly busy background. Front wheel QR needs to be on left side of bike, it's considered to be on backwards. Saddle looks like it's tilted forward. Top of saddle should be parallel with ground. You should suggest a range of height for the prospective buyer. In this case a rider of 5'4"-5'7". Tange 1 tubeset should be featured, it's good stuff.

Pricing - I think you're high based on the condition of the bike and pricing relative to comparables. Mismatched wheel rims raise a question of a crash. Tires don't match and look beat. Also, many would consider and prefer a Centurion IronMan to this bike. While some Ironman go for over $350, not so much in the midwest. Also, you're at the end of the buying season. Based on the above, probably a $250-$275 ask, and settle for $225 +/- 10%.

Bikes: Current 79 Nishiki Custum Sport, Jeunet 620, notable previous bikes P.K. Ripper loop tail, Kawahara Laser Lite, Paramount Track full chrome, Raliegh Internatioanl, Motobecan Super Mirage. 59 Crown royak 3 speed

Some really nice pics would help a lot. But having brought and sold a lot of C&V bikes mismatched wheels with bad rubber are value killers yet not worth changing in most cases. Somewaht nice bike but really only worth $175-200 as is in most markets know. Plus October November are the worst months of the year for selling bikes you typically take a %20-30 disount selling this time of year.
