It does not look like it from the pictures, but do these levers have the quick release button?

Good question and I don't think so. But I never really looked. They came on a bike I bought and quickly switched the levers to non aero

Neither the levers or the matching calipers have quick releases.
I built up a Miyata 512 with 'full Exage 500 EX' just for giggles.
