Raleigh Touring identification question

I am looking at a picture of an early 80's Raleigh touring bike on CL equipped with a Campy Rally rear derailleur, Campy Victory triple crankset, turn down bars with bar end shifters, 27" wheels with high flange hubs. Any idea what model this could be? I did not see any script on the bike or decals as it was probably painted. It did have fancy chrome lugs on head tube and painted fancy lugs at seat tube. I know it is a touring bike as it has a rear carrier and the angles are less aggressive. The Rally derailleur is probably worth the price of the bike.

Thanks, Jeff

Yup -- need a lot more info. Identifying decals? Raleigh made a number of different models.

I answered the question myself after web research: - a pre-1973 International frame (DL-170) but later modified with an updated drivetrain (1980's) Victory triple and 2nd gen Rally rear derailleur. I will post pictures if I can buy at an acceptable price. Might add fenders for an excellent rail/trail bike.
