Need help identifying 80's 10 speed
I picked this up for about 60 bucks to turn it into a commuter that I won't worry about being stolen outside my work (three bikes from the area so far this year have been stolen).
Some pictures of it.
I was thinking it's probably an old Royce Union but can't find any pics of bikes that look similar with the rear hangar and the large R sticker on the tube. Local bike shop said possibly an older low end Raleigh.
It's fairly light maybe 27 ish lbs. Hard to tell whats original because it says 10 speed yet has a 6 speed freewheel and the crankset has been replaced. The rear derailleur is Shimano RS which came out in early/mid 80's and the front derailleur is a Tourney which was probably added when the Crankset was replaced.
