Save your money, buy something better. That Milano Sport meets all the requirements of a High Visibility Boat Anchor.

these machines were contract builds usually sold by department stores. in addition to "milano sport" there was "roma sport" and some other badges as well. likely perpetrator here is chiorda. note the agrati "am" pattern lugset and bulge-formed head. also the agrati chiorda proprietary crown.
quality is rock bottom as stated above.

From: Capestang, France
Bikes: Lots of French, some British and a couple of Italian
2 more clues, the wheel protector and chainring protector. Mid to high end bikes just don't seem to have them. (I've phrased this carefully so someone can happily prove me wrong...)

bike is at least five years later than stated date. a 1965 milano sport came with a metal headplate affixed by rivets, huret gears and no chainguard.
the frame's bulge-formed head and plate style bridges mark it as the very bottom of the chiorda range.
odd that it is fitted with simplex prestige shift levers and front derailleur but a shimano lark/eagle rear derailleur. the shimano has an integral protector bumper rendering the agrati one the bike wears superfluous. perhaps the original delrin simplex exploded and was replaced with something metal...
