Possibly Identify This Bike?

Hey all, any experts out there know what this is? Sadly this is the only picture...and the highest resolution. I'm just wondering if it's something to snatch up.

Vintage 10 speed road bike

I'm not exactly sure, but it looks pretty low end. Priced about right.

Ahhh...okay. I'm trying to snag my roommate up an older roadbike (as he's become enamored with my Moto Super Mirage...and darn it, that's my bike), and I'm also always looking for better quality frames.

I agree looks low end, at $30 plus the drive I doubt it is worth it.
