Yes, we made it to page 3. I had page 1 in the office pool. :)

@mountaindave - Love the Old School. You're doing something right if you convinced her to pack horse for you :-)

Velocivixen, we have funny roles, too. I'm handy with bikes, but my wife is the one who is handy with home repairs and renovations. She is the GC on the renovations we have going on in both of our homes. And she is a master of demolition. She is in her element when she is covered in black dust. While she works on the house, I do the cooking and cleaning.

noglider - Mrs or Ms noglider sounds awesome & both great role models for your girls.

Yes, I guess so. I try. My daughter M, age 26, is feminine and handy. My daughter J, age 23, is butch and can cook very well. Funny how that works out.

Had to have a photo with that. The road used to go to a country school. But I can't imagine there wasn't some humor involved in making that sign.

That is a gorgeous bike!

I wish my wife would give me the go ahead to build something like this beauty for her.

She has the legs for it, as any of you that have ridden with her have noticed.

She can fly!

I love all three of those. It's hard to beat those '80s mountain bikes! What kind of bars are those on the Specialized? I really like them.

Thanks - the brown specialized in the second pic has Soma Sparrow bars, they work great for her. My around-town bike has a set as well. The ~teal rockhopper is mine (was my father's actually). It's small, but that helps keep it nimble in the woods which is nice.
