Frame Pump Size

I'm trying to make sure I purchase the right size pump. My top-tube pump pegs are 19" apart.
Which length pump should I be looking for? 20" (uncompressed)? I'm not sure if it matters, but I will be using an old-style pump, with the Schraeder hose attachment (Bluemels, Apex, etc.).

Ok. Yeah. I'm going to buy a 19" pump and hope that it compresses enough to stay on. Thanks.

I would have suggest the 20" option unless the 19" one is the compressed measurement.

That makes sense to me, nl. I found a Zefal SP3 that is 21" and retracts to 18 1/4", but it is from the 70's and I'm looking for something older. I'll probably buy it until I find a 20-21" from the 50's.
