Learned something new about Ebay
I recently sold a set of Athena pedals. I had them listed as a BIN, no auction, no Best offer. Anyway I was contacted by a guy who asked if I would take a certain price for the pedals. As it turns out in the reply message, there is a little link where you can send an offer. I declined, but the guy sent another message with an offer slightly lower than my BIN, so I agreed and clicked the link to send him the offer. Everything went fine, no problems. Interestingly though, searching through sold listings, my pedals are listed as sold at the original BIN price. Just food for thought if you're searching sold listings to place a value on something.

Interesting. I'll have to keep this in mind as I'm back to selling for a change - and it seems things have changed a bit since I've been gone.

I'm going to buy 10 old, obscure boom bikes of the same brand. Post 5 really high, give them a back story about championships and death and divorce, but have a photo that I only wanted attention and sell them low. The other 5, I will then list high once the market is hot, and get rich.
