"New old school"
This phrase showed up in an ad for a refurbished BMX cruiser. Apparently the same thing that people in this forum would call repop. I just though it was funny that it would be the same acronym as New, Old Stock

I have seen this used as well and sometimes it is confusing. Seems old school is commonly used for bmx vs vintage for road.
The term "survivor" is also common when an original bmx is located, I don't see that used here, more like barn find for road. There seems to be an ongoing thing about people for or against parting out survivors, like repainting in vintage.
