Info needed on 'Bianchi Mavic'

There is a near mint (green at that) Bianchi at a shop not far from me. There is no model indicated on the frame other than a few 'Mavic' stickers, on the top tube and on the drive side stay (not sure if its a chain guard or well placed sticker). The shop owner says its a limited edition Mavic equipped model (Mavic brakes, rims, crank set... drivetrain is Campy Record). I asked someone at an LBS that has forgotten more about rare bikes than I'll ever know and said he has heard of it but didn't know much info beyond that. It is an Italian made Bianchi, Columbus SLX tubing. I haven't found anything online about this model online. Can anyone jump in (year & value would be great)?

What info are you looking for?

Hard to say much without pictures, but any limited edition Bianchi with Mavic and Campagnolo stuff is probably a special bike. And likely not cheap.

But this thread may be better in the appraisals subforum...

Any information I can. Was it a limited edition? Racing edition? Year(s) made? Model?
