This bike will need its own thread but it certainly does not fit me (size or style wise) so need to start looking at options..

This is a 61cm and I ride a 58cm max.

This is a Touring bike - I prefer race geometry..

I'll take better pics tomorrow - picked it up after dark tonight...

Here is the TIME CAPSULE - 1983 Fuji Touring Series IV in 61cm - down to the booklet and sales receipt!!

The paint, all stickers, all components, even the spare spokes on the non-drive chain stay - ALL 100%, ALL 10 out of 10.

This bike literally spent the last 30 years in the attic.

What do you need? Like most others here I have a few boxes of parts.

ISO: part for a Zefal HPX4 ASV pump that I'd like to get working again. Specifically part "C" in the photo below, the silver nozzle/nipple looking thing.

Zefal HPX ASV _ pump head assembly by Stronglight, on Flickr

I have no idea how I lost it, was probably taking the head apart for no good reason (the ASV models were made to handle both Presta and Schrader valves without having to reconfigure the pump head) and I guess I dropped it somewhere. So if someone has a trashed version of this pump they're not using that'd be great. I have various small parts to offer in trade, nothing particularly amazing but you never know.

Still ISO:

Concave brake bridge washers to mount calipers on a round rear brake bridge. Need 1 set for the rear brake only. PENDING

Unused or nearly so silver fenders or equivalent, silver. Still looking, traded away some of my barter.... Looking to cover 700x28 to 700x32.

Compact 600EX (620?) square taper crank arms only, 110 BCD.

Have:

FSA Team Issue Carbon Pro crankset in great shape, with black or silver FSA rings 53/39
I have an Octalink BB to go with it, 68mm.

DA 7410 crankset in good shape, tons of rings, black or silver or DA 7700 rings.
Another Octalink BB

Ultegra 6700 charcoal RD-10s

Ultegra polished 6500 RD-9s

DA 7700 FD 31.8 clamp.

Suntour Superbe Pro crankset, 170mm, with bottom bracket. Condition = fair to average (scuffs). I planned to polish it, but secured a set that did not need polishing. 52/42 rings. Dude must have big feet.

PM's preferred.

ISO:

Non-fancy old steel rat trap pedals but need to fit a Schwinn Ashtabula crank (1/2 in. x 20 tpi pedal axle).

I'm converting a 60's Schwinn to fixed gear for the beater challenge. The Wald pedals it came with are non rebuild-able, thin ally cage and whatever bearings in it are super loose. With the extra force as fixed gear most certain will snap them. Plus I need to install toe clips.

BMX platforms are out. Open to other type and condition. Steel cheapo's are most desired.

Have other pedals and parts to trade -PM. Or $$

Thank you

I'm pretty sure I have a set of what you're looking for, but need to check the bin. Will do so this evening. It would be great to get parts to complete my el-cheapo build!

Zefal sell parts for a lot of their current and old pumps directly. Not sure about yours, but I've gotten new washers for old pumps from them.

Thanks for asking!

Still have that Brooks in your trade post? I've got a few NOS components, never installed: Thompson Elite seatpost, Nitto Technomic stem, two sets of campy brake calipers, Veloce and something else(?).

I don't know what you guys are talking about. SR is Sakae-Ringyo, or Super Record?

I have an SR Royal superlight two-bolt post (Nuovo Record style, but lighter) in 26.2 mm that I'd like to trade for something similar in 27.0 or 27.2.

I have a Campagnolo Super Record 27.2 post that I'm willing to part with. Is that what you need? I also have a Gipemme fluted with a cracked cradle in 27.0 I will trade for lunch.

I have this Look/Litespeed carbon fork on my old Masi... would love to find something a bit more fitting to the bike. Carbon or lugged is fine. I'm happy to trade the litespeed fork for the right one, or I have plenty of other parts.

No, thanks! One-bolt seat posts give me trouble. Some are better than others. I prefer two-bolt setups.

Looking to trade for a set of friction bar end shifters in equally good condition. Can post pics if someone has something.

ISO Raleigh/SR 165mm NDS crank arm

I need the NDS match to this guy, Raleigh/SR 165. Cosmetic issues are okay. I just need a usable match. PM if you have one.

I can trade a Suntour Cyclone 170 not pretty but perfectly usable and/or a Sugino forged not-sure-what model 165
