Looking for a Set of Wheels

Hey Everyone,
I'm looking for a nice set of early 80's wheels. 700cc, Campy NR hubs, 126mm spacing. Prefer tubulars but will consider clinchers. If they come with an Italian freewheel, that's a bonus. Must be willing to ship them to Canada.

Let me know what you've got.

Bruce

From: Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada - burrrrr!

Bikes: 1958 Rabeneick 120D, 1968 Legnano Gran Premio, 196? Torpado Professional, 2000 Marinoni Piuma

I have a set of early to mid eighties Record low flange hubs, with skewers, laced with stainless steel spokes to Mavic tubular rims. I live in Thunder Bay, Ontario, in case that makes a difference. Actually, I have two sets but need only one.

I have a very nice set of Record to 330/280 rims, complete w/Conti Sprinters and correct skewers. I sent you a PM, because I may have a local solution for you.

EBay is your friend (although if it gets shipped UPS, Canada Customs is your enemy..). I found a set pretty similar a few years ago-Campy low-flange on Ambrosio Monteral rims...

If it gets shipped UPS it's not Canada Customs that's your enemy but the outrageous Brokerage fees that are charged. Ship via USPS/Canada Post.

Yeah, I avoid UPS like the plague. Surprisingly, I haven't seen anything too exciting on eBay lately.
