Need help identifying this Cinelli frame?

Just recently got this frame, and need some help identifying it, only thing i have noticed is the cinelli logo and some numbers and letter shown in the attached photos. Have had a search online and couldn't really find much.
The numbers on the bb are M0019.

Thanks in advance

See nothing here to suggest any hint of Cinelli-ness. Investment cast fittings such as bottom bracket shells, fork crowns and brake bridges with the Cinelli name or logo are readily available to all and are no indication of Cinelli-ness for the frame itself.

Others will be along momentarily to assist with an identification.

Agreed ^ plus we need to see what the BB shell looks like, but I have never seen stay caps with something stamped on the INSIDE: what exactly does that say (MI---)?

Looks like a case of using up some caps made for something else in order to effect this semi-mitred-in treatment.

Creative and odd.

Lugset looks to be BOCAMA Competition 78 series.

No idea! Milazzo has no meaning to me but it sure is something I have never seen before. The BB shell has no Cinelli markings so they didn't buy ALL the frame bits from Cino, and the lugs were from France...

Regarding the markings on the seat stay caps -

Constructor may have had access to caps with more than one name.

Or perhaps some trade samples or mis-stampings acquired for free/low cost.

Hmmm...maybe this builder flipped the "MILAZZO" stay caps over when he built this frame, and didn't bother to fill in the pantographing...? Kind of sloppy IMO.
