Dated and restoration of Humber and Phillips

Hi, guys in the forum, my name is Pablo and I'm new of the group. I would like to know if you can help me date the bikes I am restoring. The first is a HUMBER and the second a PHILLIPS, I only have the serial numbers, the bikes have no dated masses and on internet I have not been able to find more information on the dates of manufacture.
I know that Raleigh absorbed other brands, I do not know if I should be guided by the numbers and dates of Raleigh.
The HUMBER has the following numbering: AM 91593
The PHILLIPS has the following numbering: A 216182
I attached the photos.
