Bianchi Limited

My bike/frame has serial number CS909808. It is not very clear as some of the numbers are filled with paint. Assuming this is the correct number what does it tell me? Manufacturing date?
Thanks Claes Sundberg

The format is that of Bianchi's Japanese supplier and indicates a 1989 model.

My serial number is BS803193. Looks exactly like the 1986 catalog bike so I assume it’s really a 1986 Tange Japan bike. Right?

Hi, welcome aboard, glad you found us, you're in the right place.

All the posts you are making are on zombie threads, no big deal but responses may be limited so.....

You have 10 posts now so I would encourage you to post pics of it in a new thread of your own.
