IDing These Bianchi Lugs?

Saw these lugs on a Bianchi and was curious if anyone could ID them and/or tell what era they were from. The frame has a more modern 80's decal, but the lugs seem older. Any experts care to chime in?

This is an Agrati bulge-formed head (a single piece of metal, not separate lugs) of pattern "AM." Two heights/lengths were available. Also offered in a variant for womens frames. The lugset as a group is item nr. 000.8040/U/ The bulge-formed head alone is item nr. 000.8046. Pattern widely employed by Bianchi, mostly for lower end models. Also much used by Bianchi subsidiary Chiorda. Pattern not proprietary, available to all.

Do not know a launch date for the "AM" pattern. Goes back at least into the early 1950's. Still being offered AFAIK when firm folded tent ~1983.
