That would function well. However, my latest project is intended to be as Francocentric as practical and these say MAFAC nowhere on them. Possible to adapt those parts?

Those are gorgeously finished...and over-engineered like a lot of the Euclid stuff.

I should have raised the camera just a hair when I took this pic...

Every once in a while I go looking at Euclid stuff on eBay-

Since I go on ridiculous kicks like "grail" cable yokes- I was looking at a set of those Euclid cable yokes and was SO disappointed that it's an ordinary cable yoke with a chintzy plastic cover... boo.

I always wanted the peace signs...
I have had a set of silver ones since the Earth's crust was soft. Since I prefer older rides, these days, I will never use them.

I have been very pleased with it and it does its job very well.
El Chaba, that is really nice! I might have looked for ways to reduce trail, but hey, if it handles a front load decently, it's good!

Looks like that particular bag has its center of gravity behind the front axle and therefore behind the contact patch, so I think that helps with front end stability and reduces flop.

But if it works and it's pretty, it's good! I'm a big fan of Ergopower and Campy on randonneuses.
