Bike Identification Rapallo?

Bike Identification Rapallo?
So I have a bike with Rapallo stickers on it but it does not seem to be an Italian Bike. Its for has campagnolo dropouts but no other visible markings.
The frame's serial number is WF 12046.
Any info and help is appreciated, Thank you!
