New to Schwinn bikes.
I am having trouble finding info on a Schwinn bike.
The 4 numbers on the neck badge are 1807.
The id numbers on the left side drop are Y7071371.

What's the model of your bike? Can you give any other identifying details?
You can find some info here and here, looks like head badges started carrying numbers starting in 1976?
Does the badge say where it was made?
I think dropout serials moved to the head tube (from the left dropout) starting in 1970.
The only references to a Y serial I found were:
Some Japanese bikes may have an 'X' in the month position of the frame serial number. This was used to connect the remainder of a production run that spilled over into January of the next year. For example ‘X’ may have represented an overrun from the previous year. X9201937 should be Month X and Year 9. But it might be Month January of Year 0. Using this logic, Y9201937 might actually have been made in February of 1980, but was a part of the 1979 production run. I'm still looking for a confirmation of this dating method.
The Schwinn Cruiser is late 80's early 90's according to the bike shop and the original decals. The serial number is on the left rear drop out and starts with a Y. I have had no luck finding that match.

Welcome to our forum. One of our rules is "it didn't happen if there is no picture." This is a corollary to "a picture is worth a thousand words." Schwinn made a wide range of frames, and contracted out a bunch of others. Overall quality tended to be pretty high, but unfortunately so did weight, in many cases.
