Bianchi Premio 87, Advantage help

Bianchi Premio 87, Advantage help
I am a bike noob, want to get started on cycling. Eat, slept bike info last three weeks, ended up picking
1) For me, Bianchi Premio 87 (Taiwan made) from thrift store for $30. From Bianchi info, it's their sport version with 24lbs.
2) for wife, Bianchi Advantage hybrid for $80 from original owner (old lady) who claims that she overhauled this hybrid and other two raleigh road bikes and paid 100+ for that work years ago.
I know i need to change tyres, tubes and bikes need tuning. I am not familiar with bikes, nor know any Mechanic in Michigan.
How would I know of the parts I need to order?
I have a Performance bicycles near by. Do I need to take both bikes to get quote? Or what do i need to do? Is there any website where I can get in touch with local bike club? I just got the bike and now I am blind
