Decals? Respray? Age?

Viscount Bike

Hi
I am rebuilding my Viscount which I bought in Lymington,Hampshire, UK, in 1975. I have stripped it down. First time to replace BB, rear and front wheel, and headset bearings, so it hasnt done many miles! I have rubbed the frame down prior to repainting. Now wondering if I can locate a set of decals?
Could you recommend someone in NE England who could do a decent respray job?
There is no specific name on the bike, such as Aerospace/pro. So what is mine. Shimano Tourney Gs, and Viscount on front brake assembly, chrome front forks, blue paint and with the following number stamped on the BB housing: 560221
Many thanks.

Franklin frames does excellent work, not sure how close to you, but likely your best choice.
