Can anyone identify this decal?

This is on an early Nishiki Olympic. It’s in the spot where tubing logos often go, although the letters that are visible don’t seem to have anything to do with tubes. Anyone have an idea what the decal said?

Looks like a guy playing bag pipes, to me.
Maybe a former owner played the bag pipes and put that decal on?

Looks like a "KB" decal. Generally interpreted as Kawamura Bicycle or Kawamura Built.
