Bikes: Looking for "the One"

Asama Pitka - tricked out

I visited with a fellow recently to take a look at a frame he had for sale. I didn't end up buying the frame but he showed me a bike he really liked the ride of and decided to have it repainted. He migrated some decent parts to it too. The bike was originally an Asama Pitka. An Asama Pitka isn't on anyone's Island list but when you like the ride of something who cares what the critics may think. The paintwork was performed by a pro who customs hot-rods routinely. The frame might be a little small for his height but I guess that means it will have less flex too. Looks like it turned out fine to me!
