It's yellow but would have loved to still have the original celeste.

It's a yellow bike, I promise. Huffy Cheater Slick. Early '70s maybe? Late '60s? I can' t recall.

62cm Zunow. Paint is far from perfect, but it rides like a dream - comfortable, responsive, quick, and corners great. Replaced the original tri-color 600 with ultegra 6700, dura ace, and some easier gearing for these older legs. Can’t push those 53/42 12-25 gears anymore.

I really like the Rally. I find it much better than adding a long cage on a NR RD. I have a triple set-up on my Bob Jackson and I went through a number of iterations before I settled on the Rally for that bike. The Paramount came with the Rally when I got it. I believe the Rally's were introduced in '74 so it would be a natural upgrade to any bike that came with the Gran Turismo. I also think the Rally completes the story on the bike since it also has a small chain ring the Bob Freeman is pretty sure he made. I tell myself that they both happened at the same time (it doesn't have to be true, but I like to believe that).

Full agreement on this, I have 2 Paramount's with The Shimano LeTours and they suck for me and are ugly IMO, one got torn down to convert to an upright for a short friend and the other will get a Rally when I get to it which needs to get done.
