In Praise of Rust Remover

Cleaning up the Sannow Sport and today it's the little fiddly bits, aka, the brake bolt nuts. All the big ones cleaned up nicely with Brasso, but the little ones were a different story. 40+ years even in a dry place had left their mark, rust.

So I stopped at the local auto parts store and looked among their rust removers until I found what appeared to be the least dangerous choice. Let things soak for a half hour and was quite happy with the results. Two nuts needed another bath to remove a last patch or two, but it's always nice when you save vintage parts.
