^^^^ Actually, it will probably break before it gets old enough to be C or V.

At first glance, this seems to be way overpriced, but to someone out there, who knows? Not a brand name I know

Not just the price but the presentation. I saw it soon after its arrival on CL so caught it in its full triple-post glory.

Original Sting-Ray 20 in. Slick Wide Tire, Five-Speed Stick Shift, Rear Caliper, Front Drum Brakes, High-Rise Handlebars, Perfect Green Handle Grips, Perfect Green Banana Shock Mounted Seat, No rust, Very very minor imperfections. I'd say it's like new, but it's at least a solid 9+ on a scale of 1 to 10. It needs to be in a collection, too nice to ride. You won't be disappointed. Examine photos carefully!

Included is a paper parts catalog, said to be 10 to 15 years old, from a former authorized Schwinn classic parts dealer. "Hyper-Formance 'Rays", no longer in business. Spare parts can be obtained at koolestuff.com.

Price: $3999.00, OBO, cash, No low balls!!
Update: Still this one for the Tucson CL, but the price is down to $1850. Looks like a hard lesson is being learned.

it does look to be in excellent condition.

I can only guess he wants the attention more than he wants to make a sale. It’s not like it would be that hard to unload a JPW even in the current market.

55cm 1982 Bruce Gordon, fast day touring bicycle. Frame - 55cm cc seat, 55cm cc top. This bicycle was restored by Bruce Gordon about two years ago. Paint is BMW Mini Ice Blue and is flawless. Bruce told me that this frame would cost about $3500 to replicate, not sure if fork is included in that price. Bruce Gordon was famous for his touring bicycles, retired in February this year. This bicycle is equipped as follows:

Stem - Cinelli 1R
Bars - Cinelli 64 -40
Brakes - Campagnolo Super Record
Derailleur - Front: Suntour Cyclone II, Rear: Huret Duopar
Freewheel - Suntour 13 - 32
Crankset - Super Record, drilled out to a triple 50/46/30
Wheelset - Campagnolo Super Record hubs, Open SUP rims
Tires - Challenge Paris Roubaix 27
Pedals - Campagnolo Superleggera, toe clips Christophe, Alfredo Binda straps
Saddle - Brooks Professional
Racks - Custom Bruce Gordon front and rear

This bicycle is set up for the L'Eroica. I have not wrapped the bars yet as I m not sure what the purchaser would like in brake positioning. I have also included a photo of the bicycle set up with Cane Creek Compact brake lever with the Bruce Gordon Racks installed. I am not sure wether the bicycle will be purchased for the L'Eroica or for just touring and have a few options available. I am 70 years of age and have some issues, thus deciding to sell this beautiful looking and riding bicycle.

Antique 40's ICE CREAM BICYCLE! Mint, very well preserved!! - $3900 (N.Reading)

This is a rare piece - it's been in a collection for years and is now being made available for sale. It's an authentic ICE CREAM vendor's bicycle from the 40's or 50's - this is a real 60+ year old bike, wow!
