Do I Need Help
I am fairly new to wrenching on bikes and just sold two bikes on the weekend to get numbers down to single digits, and then i run into these today. Two Apollo Sport Tens and a Norco Monterey for 80 bucks The Apollos are entry level and the Monterey is a bit nicer. The kicker is they are almost rust free and appear not to be damaged.

You're asking the wrong group of people here...
I need to sell some bikes... but I have separation anxiety!

They appear to be all alloy components as well as good quality low end examples, I'm going to say you did just fine.

Here are some questions that I find helpful in avoiding purchases that I will later regret.
-Is there a specific reason I want this bike? "It's a good deal" doesn't count.
-Is this a bike I will want to keep and use for at least 10 years, or will I lose interest in it after a year of use?
-Am I going to actually ride this bike regularly?
-Do I already have a bike that serves the same purpose? If yes, would I be willing to replace that bike with this new one?
-How many bikes do I already have in the project queue? Will I be able to realistically work on this one within a year?
-Is there a component upgrade on a bike I already have that I could use this money for?

Yes, I bought a Raleigh last weekend I didn't need, but for 20 bucks I got a new set of Gatorskins.

If your on this forum then yes you need help,
welcome.
For many years I looked for the cheapest C&V I could find and that mostly led to entry level stuff. I made a deal a few years ago to pass on bikes with safety levers & stem shifters and that has helped some to control the flow of bikes, That said entry level bikes are a great place to get experience wrenching

Yes you need help. Only a Marinoni bicycle will do the trick for you.

A Marinoni, dream find. I was very lucky in that my first two finds were non production bikes made by Canadian builders. One a Proctor and one A Le Croco.I figure if i keep building up the bike money i will be able to pay for a Marinoni or one of the many high end bikes you folks have. So many beautiful bikes on this site.
