Frame ID help request: "Z" or "N" panto

Aloha All-

A local cycling instructor made a few donations to the coop, and I'm not sure what this one is.

Has some DA parts leftover but was converted to SS. Lugwork looks nice.

Serial # 51062

Any help would be graciously accepted.

Looks Japanese to my eye. What brand are the dropouts?

I was gonna say Zunow, but a quick google search showed that their pantographing was a bit more detailed than just a "Z". The seat stay tips on this frame have a very cool look to them.

Not Zunow, He always had a hummingbird on the seat stay caps

After my Google search of Zunow pantographing, I kind of want one.

Rear dropouts are Shimano, and I'm assuming a Japanese builder too.

This Zullo marque looks similar...but not quite.

… and it was an "N" all along. I didn't realize Nakagawa made road frames. I have seen some gorgeous Keirin frames from them.
