Saddle Identification
This saddle is on an old Takara I picked up recently. It is not original, but I have an original Takahashi Takara saddle on another Takara I have to swap with it. However it is pretty darn comfy, so if it is from anywhere in the 80s I may consider leaving it on the bike. It is by no means a high quality piece, just some velour(ish) material glued to a plastic shell. The writing on the back is worn enough that I can't make it out, but I hoped that someone familiar with the saddle could recognize it.
The first few characters looked like maybe Specialized, but then the last few didn't seem to go that directions
Thanks in advance

OK, now that you confirmed it wasn't just my imagination, I can see it. Thanks. I hope now to confirm it is 80s era. Velour is an 80's trait, right? lol

The seat pan (underside) will usually have a makers mark molded into it. There might even be a year and month clock.

Initially I didn't notice anything underneath (the garage is cold). But a second look shows this marking. It appears there may be more under the material where it is stapled on. I may get curious enough to peel it back a bit to investigate more. Despite how crappy it is, my initial test ride around the block after bringing the bike home indicated it was very comfortable. Of course that was only about a mile in 18 degree cold so it would have really been hard to judge much of anything.
