what type of pump should I get to fit those mounting points?

One that matches what looks like...a beautiful paint job on that frame...!

I like the older Silca frame-fit pumps w/ a Campy steel head on them & not the plastic head they can come with...

Figuring the correct length you need w/ a Campy head can be somewhat beguiling...

Any pump with a dimple each end, same as normal pump-pegs.

Im asking because as I can see old pumps on sale are one that fit in frame directly or ordinary that fits in holes on top and bottom? Sellers on internet really saying different things..

A lot of frame pumps that have a scallop at the tip of the pump handle for the top tube to sit in, also have a hole or dimple at the center of the scallop to accomodate a pump retainer peg or spike.

Like this one on my Blackburn frame pump.
