Nothing like a brand new cockpit. Nitto Pearl stem with Nitto Mod 55 handlebars. Really like the slight flare and shallow drop of these. Provides a lot of the ergonomics of a modern compact bar while keeping a classic curve. Giving silicone bar tape a try with some Arundel Synth Gecko.

I tried getting pics from under the bars looking down the road like some posts above. It is trickier than I thought and will have to try again...

This has actually become one of my favourite threads to keep watching. Such a cool perspective from someone else's eyes, at places I've never been before and may never get to?

Schuylkill River Trail, heading to the tunnel prior to Valley Forge National Park. Always a nice shady lane after a couple of miles in the sun.

Coming down Boulder Canyon

Out on some farm road somewhere. Probably near Carter Lake somewhere.

Also not sure exactly where. I think this is near the old Oskar Blues hop farm.

Bikes: are fun!
Ride it…I’m thankful that view’s along my go-to route. greg3rd48 will recognize it.
The pic may be distorting things a bit; I’d say it’s an even two bike widths between the ropes, so a bit of breathing room to either side. A lovely spot.
