Stumpy or no?

Possible local find.

Biplane fork crown seems nicer finished, seatpost clamp seems the same to me and a bit different as well.

Seat lug has the raised ring at the very top, all lugs and fork crown, dead ringer.

1994, Tange Prestige, Ritchey fork crown., last year.

For sure! McMahon Racing Components had a few different styles of brakes in the 90s; the manufacturing looked a bit like their brakes so it was just a guess. But Control Tech is clearly the winner. Very cool find on your part!

Acura/Honda Basque red, wasn't my choice per se but a fantastic color and gets compliments wherever I go.
