Speculation: individual measurements for the Passage are "worst case" (not under compression), while overall figure is "as-installed" (under compression from top nut).

The difference is 0.2mm, or less than 0.01"; I'd guess seal compression could easily account for that. As I recall, the Passage has a rubber/plastic seal on the top nut and a thin rubber/plastic seal for the lower headset assembly.

Or it could be an error. Dunno.

For the Levin and Levin CDS, have no idea why the figures don't add up. As you note, they're not even particularly close.
