Can anyone identify this bike?

This is a bike I've been working on in the Honey Pot Bike Collective (JAX, FL). It's lugged steel with nice forged dropouts. Can anyone ID from the headtube lugs or will you need more/better pix?
Thanks,
DA

the lug pattern appears to be BOCAMA Professional

this is something available to all and is in no way proprietary so the lug identification does little to advance the identification of the frame

it was offered with or without the reinforcing lip

if you examine lugs closely you should be able to make out the angle markings on them as the "75" visible on the seat lug in the above image

since the lug pattern is BOCAMA Professional series it is possible the bottom bracket shell may be as well:

fork crown appears to be NERVEX Professional -

more imagery would assist readers to assist you:

seat cluster

bottom bracket shell

joinery of taper tubes to frame ends

Yep^, I also think the forkcrown might be Nervex,
but more pix of the blades could tell, not sure if they have "Imperial" or "Continental" oval X-section

combination of BOCAMA lugs and Yoshi kitting is suggestive of a possible BE origin for the machine...assuming of course that kitting original...
