Thank you! She hates the wrap. She thinks it renders her right leg unusable. But the surgery was good, and it looks like no cancer!

On the subject of the Raleigh, I think I have the build laid out...sort of. The Andys inspired my creativity.

@niliraga, what year is your International? Mine is a 1974, and I'm pretty sure I can't run 40 mm tires.

It was, but not quite cancer free. The cancerous portion was buried deep within the mass, which had swelling which was removed...so the mass was surrounded by tissue they removed anyhow.

Dont have the s/n handy, but the fainter, scripted Raleigh decal on down tube i thought was 72 or earlier. By '74 pretty sure the more "1970s racy-modern" logotype is on the downtube.

That sounds right. When they changed the logos, they seem to have reduced the clearances a bit. My clearances are big for a road bike, but more would be nice.
