Serial is F6814 as best as I can read. I am thinking this is an International? Maybe early 70s. Thinking maybe a candidate for a cool gravel bike if clearance with 700cs are doable.
The original cockpit and brakes won’t be used so they will be made available. Saddle too. Campy headset and seatpost And bottom bracket if Campy will stay with it.
Might see what the fuss is first before repainting it (it’s a PO paint job). Guy’s father was the original owner.
Complete with bird poop saddle. That will be cleaned up and offered up.
Original cockpit and brakes. Also going to be re-homed. Headset is dirty but I think complete

Interesting replacement headbadge treatment. Again, chrome surgery today.
Campy drops and fork ends look intact. Not a fan of the French/English blob ends treatment of the stays and fork, but we shall see.

Thank you. I am in the process of building them all up (should be 21-22 all told), then slowly playing “Island Survivor” to pare down the ones that don’t speak to me.

Hah! No SO to please...paring down will be painful, but not pressured. I was guessing 73-74, but wasn't sure of Raleigh times. I know it was brown originally. The son kept the Campy /Weinmann tubs, NR RD, FD, shifters and crankset.

Yea, looks like an International . If so should take a pretty healthy tire for your gravel rides! I had my Mondia set up for mild dirt roads for a while . It was fun taking some of the ag roads by the orchards. Not really gravel , just dirt roads . I was able to squeeze 27” x 1 1/4” tires that measured 1.39” when inflated . Your frame reminds me of my ‘73 Mondia.

I am going to try 35s or so and see if I can make it useful for me. Might be an N+0 at my sisters rather than the AD SLE if someone offers a new home for it.

And Haha. Just because it is such a popular target. I just told Dave in Colorado (AMCO) that I tend to avoid those bikes that have a large following! Paramounts, Allez, most Treks, Peugeot’s, Motobecane and some Italian staples. Fujis, Miyatas, Schwinns in general, et al...
Nothing rational other than I rode a 70s Raleigh Mark something and thought it was terrible. (In the early 80s).
Have not yet built the 1987 P Super Comp yet.
